What counts as an email?
Every message delivered to a recipient — a campaign to 1,000 people is 1,000 emails. Transactional mail sent through the API counts too, but is never blocked by a limit.
What if I go over?
We block rather than bill you by surprise. You'll see exactly which limit you hit and what the next tier covers; nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, both directions. Changes are handled through the billing portal and prorated by Stripe.
Do you charge per brand?
No. A plan's brand allowance is included — three on Growth, unlimited on Pro — under one login and one bill.
