Account and billing

Billing

Managing your subscription, invoices, upgrades and cancellation.

Billing is handled by Stripe. Nectazo never sees or stores your card details — payment happens on Stripe's own pages.

Where to manage it

Open the workspace switcher and choose Plan & billing. From there you can see your plan and usage, upgrade or downgrade, and open the billing portal.

The billing portal

Stripe's hosted portal is where you:

  • Update your card
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Change or cancel your subscription
  • Update the billing address on your invoices

Upgrading and downgrading

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated by Stripe.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
  • Before downgrading, check you are under the lower plan's limits — you will not lose data, but you will not be able to add more until you are back under.

Monthly and annual

Annual is charged at ten months' equivalent for a twelve month term, paid up front. You can switch between them in the portal; Stripe handles the proration.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in the portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account reverts to the free plan. Nothing is deleted at that moment — export your data if you are leaving. See our Terms for retention periods.

Failed payments

Stripe retries automatically over several days. Your account is marked past due but is not immediately downgraded, so an expired card does not cost you a scheduled campaign. Update the card in the portal to resolve it.
