Brands and multi-brand
Running several businesses from one login, and what is shared between them.
A brand — called a workspace in some parts of the interface — is a separate sending identity inside your account. Most tools make you buy a second subscription for a second business. Nectazo treats brands as a first-class idea: one login, one bill, clean separation.
What is separate per brand
- Contacts, lists, segments and suppressions
- Campaigns, automations, templates and forms
- Sending domain, from-name, from-address and postal address
- Click tracking domain
- Connected store and its products
- Reporting
What is shared across the account
- Your subscription, plan and limits
- Templates, so you can cross-promote one brand inside another's email
- The Products page, which can show every brand's catalogue at once
- Your login
Switching brands
Use the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Everything below it — contacts, campaigns, reports — changes to the brand you selected. Your choice is remembered between visits.
Adding a brand
Open the switcher and choose New workspace. How many you can create depends on your plan; if you are at the limit, Nectazo tells you which plan covers more. See Plans and limits.
A new brand starts empty. Give it its own sending domain and identity before sending — inheriting nothing is deliberate, because two brands sharing a from-address is exactly the confusion that generates spam complaints.
A campaign belongs to one brand and sends from that brand's domain. To promote brand B to brand A's list, send from brand A and include brand B's content — that way the recipient hears from the business they actually subscribed to.
