Products in email

Dropping real products with live prices into a campaign.

If you have connected a WooCommerce or Shopify store, the Products block puts real items — image, title and current price — straight into an email, without copying anything by hand. The same block is available on a landing page, where it can lay out in a wider grid than an inbox allows.

Products without a store

You do not need a connected store. On Products, press Add product and fill in the name, a link to the product page, and optionally an image, price, “was” price, SKU and short description. The image can be uploaded or given as a link; uploads go into your media library and are optimised like any other.

Hand-entered products behave exactly like synced ones everywhere else — the Products block cannot tell them apart. It is a tidier home for a handful of things you mention often than rebuilding the same layout in every email.

  • Hand-entered products can be edited and deleted from the product's panel on the Products page.
  • Products that came from a store cannot be edited here — change them in the store and re-sync, since a sync would otherwise undo the change.
  • A store sync never removes hand-entered products, even in a brand that also has a store connected.

Layout controls

Grid stacks the image above the text in one to four columns. List puts the image beside the text, one product per row, and adds an Image width control — the share of the row the picture takes, between 15% and 70%. Buttons come in three sizes, and the padding scales with the text rather than the text growing inside a fixed box.

Prices are read at send time

This is the important part

The block stores which products you picked, not what they cost. Prices, titles and images are looked up at the moment the email sends. Change a price in your shop, re-sync, and every unsent campaign is corrected — no re-editing.

Adding products

  1. 1Add a Products block to your email.
  2. 2The inspector lists your synced catalogue. Browse it, or search by product title or SKU.
  3. 3Click products to add them. Selected products can be reordered or removed.
  4. 4Or press Random to pick some for you — useful for a "you might like" section.

Layout controls

ControlOptions
LayoutGrid or list
ColumnsHow many products per row in grid layout
Image shape1:1, 16:9 or 9:16, each either filled (cropped) or contained (letterboxed)
GapsHorizontal and vertical spacing, set independently
PriceShow or hide, with its own colour
TitleSize, colour and alignment
ButtonOptional per-product button with its own label and colours

The product image and title always link through to the product page — that is inherent to the block rather than a setting, because a product in an email that is not clickable is a wasted impression.

Where products come from

See WooCommerce or Shopify for connecting a store. The Products page in the sidebar shows everything synced across your brands, so you can check what Nectazo actually knows about before you build an email around it.

If a product disappears

A product deleted in your shop is removed from Nectazo on the next full sync, and simply renders as nothing in the email rather than as a broken cell. Check your Products block before sending if your catalogue changes often.
