What is Nectazo

The core concepts — accounts, brands, contacts and campaigns — and how they relate.

Nectazo is an email marketing and customer engagement platform. You store your contacts in it, design emails in a drag-and-drop builder, send campaigns, run automated sequences, and see what people did with the messages you sent.

Two things make it different from most tools at this price. It is built for people running more than one brand from one login and one bill, and it can pull real products and live prices out of your WooCommerce or Shopify store and into an email.

How everything fits together

Four concepts. Nearly every question about “where does this live?” is answered by understanding these.

ConceptWhat it isScope
AccountYour billing tenancy. One subscription, one set of plan limits. The top level
BrandA separate sending identity — its own domain, contacts, lists, campaigns and reporting. Also called a workspace.Inside an Account

Contacts do not cross brands

A contact belongs to one brand. The same person subscribing to two of your brands is two separate contact records, with separate consent and separate unsubscribe status — which is what the law expects, since they agreed to hear from two different businesses.

What is shared across brands

Some things are deliberately account-wide, so running several brands does not mean doing everything several times:

  • Templates — build a banner once and use it when cross-promoting another brand. See Templates and Brands.
  • Products — the Products page shows every synced product across your brands, filterable by brand.
  • Your plan and limits — one subscription covers every brand. See Plans and limits.

What Nectazo sends

  • Campaigns — one-off marketing emails to a chosen audience.
  • Automations — timed sequences triggered when someone joins a list, which can branch so different people receive different emails.
  • Transactional email — password resets, receipts and other one-to-one messages from your own website, routed through Nectazo so they are logged alongside everything else.

What Nectazo hosts

Not everything is an email. Two things live on the web, so people who have not heard from you yet have somewhere to arrive.

  • Forms — signup forms you embed on your own site, or share as a link. See Forms.
  • Landing pages — hosted pages built in the same kind of editor as an email, to point an ad or a link in a bio at. They can carry your forms and your product prices, and they report on how much of their traffic converted. See Landing pages.
