Deliverability and reputation
Reaching the inbox: the two numbers that matter and what actually helps.
Deliverability is whether your email reaches the inbox. It is not something a platform can guarantee — it is earned by your domain, your list and your content, and it can be lost.
The Deliverability page
Deliverability in the sidebar shows, per brand:
- Whether your sending domain is verified, and its DKIM status
- Whether SPF and DMARC records exist, with the exact record to paste if not
- Your bounce rate and complaint rate over the last 30 days, against the thresholds that actually get accounts suspended
The two numbers that matter

| Bounce rate | About 5% | A high bounce rate says your list is old or was not collected properly. Providers throttle senders who repeatedly mail dead addresses. |
| Complaint rate | About 0.1% | One complaint per thousand emails. Above this, mailbox providers start routing you to spam by default. |
Both are calculated automatically. Nectazo also suppresses bounced and complaining addresses for you, so the problem does not compound.
What actually helps
- Send only to people who asked. Everything else is secondary to this.
- Verify your domain and publish SPF and DKIM. Add DMARC.
- Send consistently. A dormant list mailed once a year performs badly because nobody remembers subscribing.
- Make unsubscribing easy. Someone who cannot find the link clicks spam instead, which is far more damaging.
- Remove people who never open. A smaller engaged list outperforms a large indifferent one.
- Warm up gradually. If you have never sent from a domain, do not start with 50,000 emails.

What we do not promise
No platform can guarantee inbox placement, and Nectazo does not. Delivery depends on the receiving provider's filters, your reputation, your content and the recipient's own behaviour. What we can do is give you correct infrastructure, honest numbers and the tools to fix problems.
